1. What are the tiers?

Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Platinum.

What is the Bronze Tier?

The Bronze Tier is for customers whose total purchase value is less than 1,999 AED. Customers will get 1 point for every 10 AED spent. These points can then be redeemed to get additional discounts on OtakuME.

What is the Silver Tier?

The Silver Tier is for customers with a total purchase value of 2,000 AED or more. Members enjoy 1.1x reward points for every 10 AED spent and gain early access to special offers. To maintain this tier, an annual purchase of 1,000 AED is required.

What is the Gold Tier?

The Gold Tier is for customers with a total purchase value of 5,000 AED or more. Members earn 1.5x reward points for every 10 AED spent and receive early access to special offers. An annual purchase of 3,000 AED is required to retain this tier.

What is the Diamond Tier?

The Diamond Tier is for customers with a total purchase value of 10,000 AED or more. Members enjoy 2x reward points for every 10 AED spent, early access to special offers, and exclusive access to pre-orders. To keep this tier, members must spend 5,000 AED annually.

What is the Platinum Tier?

The Platinum Tier is for customers with a total purchase value of 50,000 AED or more. Members benefit from 2x reward points for every 10 AED spent, early access to special offers, exclusive pre-order access, and an automatic 5% discount on regular-priced items. An annual purchase of 8,000 AED is required to maintain this elite tier.


2. How is my Tier calculated?

The tier is calculated based on the total amount of purchases from the time you created your Otaku ME account.


3. What happens if I don’t meet the annual purchase requirement?

If you don’t meet the required annual purchase threshold for your tier, your tier will be downgraded to the appropriate level based on your spending.


4. When do I get access to Pre-Orders?

Early Pre-Order access is available for Diamond and Platinum tiers. You'll receive exclusive notifications about upcoming releases. These members get a 48-hour priority window to pre-order before they are available to everyone else. Pre-Order limit is 1 item per customer.


5. What counts towards the annual purchase requirement?

All purchases of items (excluding shipping, VAT and any other fees) count towards your annual spending.


6. How can I track my tier status?

You can track your progress and benefits through your account on our website.


7. Can I upgrade my tier mid-year?

Yes! Once your total purchase value meets the requirement for the next tier, your status will be upgraded automatically.


8. Early access to Special Offers?

Early access to Special Offers is an exclusive benefit for Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Platinum tier members. These members get a 48-hour priority window to shop special deals and promotions before they are available to everyone else.
