We're back to physical local competition and we are starting things with a fun twist for every genre that challenges builders of Gunpla, Cars, Tanks, Planes, and Mini 4WD to unleash their creativity with a thrilling Formula1 Racing theme. Showcase your custom paint skills and precision detailing as you compete for the top spot. Whether you're here to compete or admire the artistry, this event promises high-speed excitement and creativity.

• Registration Timings: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
• Judging: 2:00 PM
• Awarding: 3:00 PM
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Categories:
The competition is open to any model kit from the following categories: (Any grade or scale)
• Gunpla - Any grade
• Cars - Cars, Racers, Trucks, Bikes or Civilian Vehicles
• Military - Armor, Tanks, Artillery or land vehicles.
• Aircrafts - Aircrafts or Helicopters
• Tamiya Mini 4WD
Kits must be built with the F1 Racing theme in mind.
Number of Entries:
• Each participant can submit up to (2) two entries in each category.
• In the event of multiple entries running for a winning spot by the same person, only the highest-scoring entry will be considered per person per category.
Customization:
1. Allowed:
• Any form of custom paint is permitted.
• Panel lining and custom decals are allowed.
• Seam line treatment and nub removal are required.
2. Not Allowed:
• No modifications such as scribing or custom parts.
• Dioramas are prohibited, but action bases/stands are allowed.
Theme:
• All entries must adhere to the F1 Racing theme. The focus should be on integrating the high-speed, sleek aesthetic and competitive spirit of F1 racing into the model's concept, paint, and presentation.
JUDGING CRITERIA
1. Basics (20%):
Clean assembly (nub removal, seam line treatment), alignment, pre-paint preparation, and gap treatment.
2. Painting (40%):
Quality of paint application, masking techniques, clean color separation, absence of paint flaws, paint style, and adherence to the F1 theme.
3. Detailing (20%):
Panel lining, decals, shading, weathering (if applicable), and how the paint enhances the F1 theme.
4. Presentation (20%):
Overall visual impact, creativity in integrating a strong F1 theme aesthetic, and overall concept.
EVENT FORMAT
• This is a physical local competition. Participants must attend the event in person to submit their entries. No proxy allowed.
• Action bases or stands can be used, but no dioramas or intricate backgrounds.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
• Entries must be painted Out Of The Box (OOTB), with no physical modifications beyond nub and seam line treatment.
• Participants must be present in the event. No proxy allowed.
The competition is open to both local and international participants who can attend the event. The aim is to have fun, be expressive, and get creative with the F1 Racing theme!
